Students exhibit their creations annually and key industry players are invited, creating room for students to engage with successful, like-minded people and for employers to spot rising talent. Students also take part in Student Fashion Week, trade shows, catwalk shows and visits to well-known fashion production houses.
The Resource Centre holds rich collections of print and non-print reference materials. Its collections on fashion studies and research are unparalleled in the country.
A bi-annual sports day promotes health and physical discipline. Sports inculcate sportsmanship, team work and leadership, and the College also takes part in inter-college events that build boldness and skill.
Pattern making lab for flat pattern and draping work; intermediate and industrial sewing labs with the latest machines; a CAD lab with digitizer and the relevant software; and a fashion design studio where budding designers sketch and build their portfolios.
Well-equipped lecture theatres use advanced teaching methodology designed for highly interactive sessions. The campus emphasises hands-on experience through practical set-ups and modern technology.
